PHASE 3 INTERIOR DESIGN

The next phase of Casa dos Sonhos includes a full reimagining of the interior design across all houses on the land. While the existing spaces were originally created and styled by Brandon Fisher, the time has come to give each one a fresh perspective—blending the foundation already in place with your own personal style, taste, and intention.

We’ll work together—remotely and efficiently—to redesign the interiors, house by house. This includes identifying which furniture and décor pieces will be removed, defining the new aesthetic direction for each space, and selecting replacement items that feel aligned with your vision. Whether your style leans rustic, minimalist, earthy, or eclectic, we’ll create a cohesive design language that ties the entire property together while still allowing each house to feel unique.

I’ll handle the on-the-ground sourcing and logistics—visiting furniture and decor stores in Lumiar, Nova Friburgo, and São Pedro, where there are many great local artisans and quality pieces. We can also supplement selections with online options, ensuring flexibility and efficiency throughout the process.

This is a hands-on, collaborative experience that ensures the Airbnb continues running smoothly while evolving with your vision. As someone with experience in interior design and trend-based styling—especially through my work on a startup dedicated to AI-powered interior reform for small homes—I bring both creativity and practical know-how to the process. Even though that startup has paused, the insight and tools I gained continue to shape how I design: with purpose, clarity, and a deep understanding of how people live and feel in a space.
